Prices are per week and include:
- Personal meet and greet on arrival
- Welcome beverage pack ( tea, coffee, creamer, sugar)
- Cleaning (apart from 6 night stays or less)
- Air Conditioning or heating (fair use applies)
- Clean linen and bath towels
We require a 20% (of the total booking price) non refundable deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences. £125 / $200 per week will be used as a security bond and returned to you promptly when the property has been checked following your departure. If you require airport transfers we can arrange these at extra cost. We accept cheques by post or bank transfer in UK / US currencies.

WE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN UK POUNDS AND US DOLLARS. Pool Heat extra £70 / $110 (recommended
for cooler periods October to April) Rates are inclusive of all taxes and check out
cleaning (a cleaning charge will apply for bookings of 6 nights or less). A deposit
of 20% of the total price is required with the completed booking form, the balance
will be required 8 weeks before departure. We accept Paypal as a payment option for
an added 3% fee.
